ORDERING & PAYMENT
YOU HAVE TO BE A REGISTERED USER TO ORDER ITEMS FROM THE LORETTI WEBSITE. IT HELPS US TO KEEP TRACK OF YOUR ORDER HISTORY, FAVORITES, REVIEWS AND MORE.
1. PAYMENT TYPES
LORETTI accepts Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro for payments.
2. ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
In the case of errors or omissions on the website, LORETTI reserves the right to refund your order prior to the goods being dispatched.
LORETTI reserves the right to cancel any order if the product is no longer available. No compensation will be paid in such cases, but customers will be notified and reimbursed for the full cost of the order.
All the measures have been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of LORETTI products are correct. The colors shown on the website are a close representation, but slight variations in the actual product colors may occur due to different screen resolutions, browser settings, and lighting conditions depending on the device you are viewing the site.
3. ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email confirmation for a successful purchase. If you have a problem processing your payment online or are not certain if your payment was successful, please contact our customer service department.
All prices can be shown in Euro or US dollars. International orders do not include value added tax; this is the responsibility of the customer. Local import duties may be payable by the recipient at delivery.
5. OUT OF STOCK PRODUCT AND PRE-ORDERS
It is not possible to place an order for an out of stock product or pre-order new lines.
6. AMENDING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you would like to amend your order, please contact our customer service department. Please note that once an order has been shipped LORETTI is unable to cancel or amend it.
